Licence
The scope you set in the brief is written into the licence attached to the order, so the terms you bought are the terms on file.
Reshoot
If the footage misses the brief, one reshoot is included. Escrow stays closed while it is redone.
How it works
From brief to footage in four steps. Nothing off-platform.
The same sequence runs on every order, whether it is one video or a batch of thirty.
01
Write the brief
Product, format, hooks, turnaround and how long you need the rights for. The brief builder walks the fields; there is nothing to write from scratch.
02
Shortlist creators
Filter the catalog by niche, platform and delivery speed, then send the brief to everyone you shortlisted at once.
03
Hire through escrow
Accept a quote and pay into escrow. The creator sees the funds are committed; you keep them until the work lands.
04
Approve and download
Review the cut against the brief. Approve to release payment and pull the files plus the licence, or use the included reshoot.
Built in
The parts people usually improvise. Handled by the platform.
Escrow on every order
Payment is captured up front and held. The creator knows the budget is real; you keep control until the footage is approved.
Commercial rights in writing
Usage scope and duration are set in the brief and issued as a licence document with the delivery — not agreed in a DM.
One reshoot included
If a cut misses the brief, you send it back once at no extra cost. Escrow stays closed while it is redone.
Brief builder
A structured brief the creator can actually shoot from: format, hooks, must-say points, product handling, deadline.
Batch briefing
Send one brief to a whole shortlist and compare the quotes and delivery dates that come back, side by side.
Delivery in ad-ready formats
Vertical masters plus the crops you asked for, downloadable as files rather than links that expire.
For creators

UGCcreators is the other half of the same platform. Brands post structured briefs, you quote your own rate, and the money is already in escrow before you unbox anything.
- You set the rate
- Quote per brief. Nothing is auctioned down and there is no forced price floor.
- Paid from escrow
- The brand funds the order before you start, so approval releases money that is already there.
- Scope is written down
- What you shoot, how long the brand can run it and what happens on a reshoot are all in the brief before you accept.
- Your reel stays yours
- Portfolio work you upload is yours; only the deliverables licensed in an order transfer.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Still unclear on something? The pricing page covers plans and limits in detail.
UGC is short-form video shot by a creator in the style of an ordinary social post rather than a studio commercial. On UGCcreators you buy the footage and the right to run it in your ads. You are not buying a post on the creator's own account unless the brief asks for one.
When you accept a creator's quote, the payment is captured and held by UGCcreators. The creator can see the order is funded, but the money is not released until you review the delivered footage and approve it. If the work misses the brief, escrow stays closed while the included reshoot is done.
The commercial rights you specified in the brief — where you can run the footage and for how long — are issued as a licence document attached to the order and delivered with the files. The scope is fixed before the shoot, so nothing is renegotiated afterwards.
One reshoot per order, when the delivered footage does not match what the brief specified — the wrong format, a missing hook, or the product handled differently than instructed. It is not a channel for changing the brief after the fact; a genuinely new brief is a new order.
For most physical products, yes — the creator needs the item on hand to film it. You add tracking to the order and the delivery clock starts when the product arrives. Briefs for apps, services and software usually need account access instead.
Browsing the catalog and building briefs is free. You pay when you hire: the creator's own rate for the order, plus the platform plan you are on. Full plan details are on the pricing page.
Creators apply with a profile and sample reels showing the formats they shoot. Applications are reviewed before a profile appears in the catalog, so brands are briefing people who have actually delivered this kind of work.
Brief your first shoot today. Pay when you approve it.
