Annual contract, quoted after a demo
Aspire UGC Pricing and Aspire Influencer Platform Cost for US brands
Aspire publishes no price list. Brands who sat through the demo report about $2,000 a month on a 12-month contract, before a single creator is paid. Here is what that license buys, what a year of UGC costs on it, and the volume at which it starts to make sense.
Monthly plans from $49, cancel any month. Card charged only after you approve the video.

The short answer
Aspire pricing is not published. It is quoted after a demo as an annual Services Agreement, and buyers report about $2,000 a month billed annually, roughly $24,000 a year, with no monthly plan and no free trial. Aspire takes no cut of creator pay, so creators are paid on top of the license. It is built for full influencer and ambassador programs. For buying 4 to 25 ad-ready UGC videos a month, a monthly marketplace plan costs a small fraction of that license.
What Aspire states itself and what buyers report
The aspire.io/pricing address returns a 404 and every pricing link goes to a demo form. So the facts split into two columns. The left one comes from Aspire's own site and terms of service. The right one comes from brands and reviewers who got a quote, and we label it that way.
On Aspire's own pages
- No public price list. Brands book a demo to get a quote.
- The brand pays a Service Fee under a separate Services Agreement. The terms call it non-refundable unless that agreement says otherwise.
- Creators are not charged. The marketplace is described as "no fees, no commissions".
- Payments between brand and creator are stated and paid in US dollars.
- 800+ brands, by Aspire's own count, plus first-party data links to Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
Reported by buyers and reviewers
- About $2,000 a month quoted after a demo, billed annually.
- A 12-month commitment, with no month-to-month option.
- No free trial before you sign.
- Software listings showing up to about $2,499 a month.
- Enterprise contracts running well past $50,000 a year.
Treat the right column as a range to negotiate against, not a price. Quotes move with seats, modules and how many creators you plan to run. What does not move is the shape: one large annual commitment first, creator pay second.
What ten UGC videos a month cost on Aspire for a year
Take a common US creator rate of $150 for a short ad video and order ten a month. That is $18,000 a year paid to creators on any platform. On Aspire the reported license adds about $24,000, so the year costs about $42,000, or $350 per video.
The same 120 videos on our Plus plan billed annually ($894 for the year) with a 7% fee ($1,260) cost $20,154, or about $168 per video. The creator money is identical. The difference is the license, and that is why it matters what you are buying it for. Every plan, fee and reshoot count is on the UGC pricing page.

Aspire cost next to a monthly marketplace plan at five volumes
Platform overhead for a year only, at $150 per video on both sides: the reported Aspire license against our cheapest plan that covers the volume, billed annually. The last row is there on purpose, because at that spend Aspire's flat license wins.
| Volume | Creator spend a year | Aspire overhead | Our plan | Our overhead | Cheaper |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 videos a month | $7,200 | $24,000 | Plus, annual | $1,398 | Us by $22,602 |
| 10 videos a month | $18,000 | $24,000 | Plus, annual | $2,154 | Us by $21,846 |
| 25 videos a month | $45,000 | $24,000 | Pro, annual | $5,244 | Us by $18,756 |
| 100 videos a month | $180,000 | $24,000 | Pro, annual | $11,994 | Us by $12,006 |
| 300 videos a month | $540,000 | $24,000 | Enterprise, annual | $26,988 | Aspire by $2,988 |
Where the lines cross
At high volume our cheapest option is Enterprise, $5,388 a year billed annually plus 4% of creator pay. Against a flat $24,000 license with no cut, the two meet at about $465,000 a year in creator spend, roughly 258 videos a month at $150. Below that the marketplace plan is cheaper.
Why the crossover is probably higher
A brand buying 300 videos a month is unlikely to get the entry quote. Reported enterprise contracts run well past $50,000 a year, which would push the crossover past $1.1 million in creator spend. Ask for the quote at your real volume.
Where Aspire is the better buy
Aspire is not a UGC video shop, and comparing it on per-video cost alone undersells it. If your program needs these, the license pays for things we do not do.
Ambassadors and affiliates
Commissions, payout tiers, tracking links and discount codes per creator, so a creator program can run on revenue share, not only flat fees.
Product seeding at scale
Ship products to creators from the platform and track gifting across hundreds of people. Our brief assumes you ship the product yourself.
Search across social data
Creator search built on first-party links to Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, plus a marketplace where creators apply to your campaign. Our catalog is smaller and US focused.
Zero cut at huge volume
No percentage on creator pay. Past roughly $465,000 a year in creator spend at the entry quote, a flat license costs less than any percentage fee, ours included.
Where a UGC marketplace comes out ahead: no annual commitment and nothing to sign before you see creators, a plan from $49 a month, creators invited by name against one written brief so every delivery is comparable, usage rights set as brief fields before anyone films, and payment captured only after you approve the video. Brands weighing other enterprise-style quotes run the same license math on the Cohley reviews and pricing page, and agency retainers on the UGC agency alternative.
Aspire reviews and what to ask before you sign
Public brand reviews are thin where anyone can post. The aspire.io profile on Trustpilot is unclaimed with 0 reviews, while the same page lists JoinBrands at 4.4 from 288 and Billo at 4.0 from 520. Software review directories list more, but we could not read them first-hand. With a contract this size, the demo is where you get your evidence.

Is the Service Fee refundable?
The terms say no, unless your Services Agreement says otherwise. Ask for an exit clause after a first quarter if results miss.
How many seats are included?
Seats and modules are set per contract. Get the count and the price of each extra seat written into the quote.
Who pays creators, and how?
Creators are not charged by Aspire. Confirm how payouts are funded, whether card or invoice, and who issues 1099s for US creators.
What happens at renewal?
Ask for the renewal price cap and the notice window. Annual software contracts often auto-renew at list price.

One reshoot on Starter, three on Plus, unlimited on Pro, the same rule for every creator.
Questions brands ask about Aspire pricing
How much does Aspire cost?
Aspire does not publish its pricing. You book a demo and get a quote for an annual Services Agreement. Brands that have been through the demo report about $2,000 a month, billed annually, so roughly $24,000 a year, and up to about $2,499 a month on some listings. Creator payments come on top of that license.
Does Aspire have a free trial?
No public free trial is offered. Aspire's site sends every brand to a demo, and buyers who went through it report a 12-month commitment with no month-to-month option. Aspire's terms add that the brand Service Fee is non-refundable unless your own Services Agreement says otherwise, so read that clause before you sign.
Is Aspire legit?
Yes. Aspire, formerly AspireIQ, is an established influencer and creator marketing platform that says more than 800 brands use it, with first-party integrations to Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Public brand reviews are scarce on Trustpilot, where the aspire.io profile is unclaimed with 0 reviews, so ask the sales team for US references in your category.
Does Aspire charge creators a fee?
No. Aspire's terms say it does not currently charge creators any fees, and its comparison pages say the creator marketplace has no fees and no commissions. The money Aspire makes comes from the brand Service Fee in the annual agreement, so the creator's rate is what the creator receives.
Can you pay for Aspire monthly?
Reported quotes say no. Brands describe an annual contract billed up front or in installments, with no monthly plan to test it first. If you only need creator video files for ads, a monthly marketplace plan you can cancel any month is the closer fit for that budget.
Is Aspire worth it for UGC?
It is worth it when UGC is one part of a bigger creator program: ambassadors, affiliate commissions, product gifting through Shopify, tracking links and discount codes run from one place. If the job is buying 4 to 25 ad-ready videos a month, a reported $24,000 license is most of the cost of the program.
What is a cheaper Aspire alternative for UGC video?
For brands buying ad-ready UGC rather than running an ambassador program, a monthly UGC marketplace costs far less. Ten $150 videos a month come to $2,154 a year in plan and fees on our Plus plan billed annually, against about $24,000 for a reported Aspire license, with the creator spend the same on both sides.
What does the Aspire Service Fee cover?
The Service Fee buys access to the platform under your Services Agreement: creator search across its integrations, the creator marketplace where creators apply to your campaigns, contracts, product shipping, payments, commissions, content review and reporting. Seats, modules and limits are set in the agreement, so get each one in writing.
