UGC creator jobs, travel
Travel UGC creator jobs for gear, stays and booking brands
Travel brands sell the feeling of a trip, but shoppers buy after seeing how things really work on the road. If you travel, even close to home, brands in this category can use your footage.
- Free for creators, no listing fee
- You set your own rates
- Brand payment is held in escrow before you film
Travel videos brands commission
You do not need an exotic destination. Many briefs are about practical details.
- Packing videos with luggage, cubes and organizers
- Travel gear tests such as adapters, pillows and water bottles
- Hotel, rental and campsite walk throughs from a guest view
- Booking and trip planning app demonstrations
- Day trip routines that feature a brand product
Honest travel content
Describe what you saw, including small drawbacks such as noise or a long walk to the station. Viewers trust a balanced story more than a perfect one.
Brands sometimes pay for the stay or gear but never for a script of praise. Say plainly if a product was provided, as ad rules for many platforms expect that disclosure.
Filming on the move
Use short clips: the arrival, the room, the key feature and a last look. Steady your phone against a bag or a rail, shoot in daylight and protect it from rain and sand. Record the voice over later in a quiet spot if the street is loud.
Pricing and payouts for travel creators
You choose your rates in US dollars for a clip of up to 30 seconds, up to 60 seconds, five photos or raw footage. The brand pays into escrow before you film. After approval, you are paid through PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. Reporting your income is for you to do under your local rules.
The basics, the same for every creator
Free to join
Your profile, your samples and your place in the catalog cost nothing. The marketplace fee is paid by the brand on top of your rate.
Your rates, in US dollars
You price a short video, a longer video, a photo set and raw footage yourself, and you can change the prices at any time. Brands see your rate before they invite you.
Paid after approval
The brand pays into escrow before you film. When the brand approves the video, the money is released to you through PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer, to the details you save in your account.
How it works, step by step
-
1
Create your profile
Sign up, confirm your email with a four digit code, then add your country, recording languages, niches and rates.
-
2
Add samples
Paste links to videos you made or upload a video or photo. Profiles with at least one sample are checked and listed in the catalog.
-
3
Get invitations and briefs
Brands invite you directly or publish open briefs you can pitch for. Every brief states the product, the format and the delivery date.
-
4
Film while the money is held
The brand authorizes payment, which sits in escrow. You film and upload the video in the format the brief asks for.
-
5
Get paid after approval
Once the brand approves the video, the payment is released to you. You keep ownership of the video; the brand gets a licence to use it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to travel abroad?
No. Many briefs are about gear, packing or a local stay. Check the order for the location the brand needs.
Who pays for the trip?
The order states what the brand covers, if anything. Do not assume travel is paid unless it says so.
Do I have to disclose gifted stays?
Yes. Say plainly when something was provided to you, as many platforms expect it.
Do I need followers?
No. The brand runs the video in its own ads.
Who owns the video?
You do. The brand receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence for the approved video.
Do I have to be 18?
Yes. Creators must be at least 18.
