Remote UGC jobs
Remote UGC jobs you can do from home
UGC is remote by design. A brand posts a brief, you film at home and upload the file, and nobody needs to be in the same city. Here is how the work runs from start to payout.
- Free for creators, no listing fee
- You set your own rates
- Brand payment is held in escrow before you film
How remote UGC work runs
The whole job happens online, in a few steps.
- A brand sends a brief or invites you from your profile
- The brand funds the payment into escrow
- You film and upload the video
- The brand reviews and approves it
- The payout is released to you
Working from any country
You can apply from almost any country. Some briefs ask for creators in a given country, and you can mark where you live so brands can filter. Rates are in US dollars, and payouts go through PayPal, Wise or bank transfer to the details you saved.
You are responsible for reporting your income under your local rules.
A home setup for freelance creators
You need a phone, a window for light and a quiet corner. A small stand helps with steady shots. Keep a simple routine: read the brief, film, review, upload. Many creators batch orders in one session to save time.
Staying on top of deadlines
Remote work means clear communication. Read the brief twice, ask questions in the order before filming and deliver by the date. Brands remember reliable creators, and a smooth first order helps with the next invite.
The basics, the same for every creator
Free to join
Your profile, your samples and your place in the catalog cost nothing. The marketplace fee is paid by the brand on top of your rate.
Your rates, in US dollars
You price a short video, a longer video, a photo set and raw footage yourself, and you can change the prices at any time. Brands see your rate before they invite you.
Paid after approval
The brand pays into escrow before you film. When the brand approves the video, the money is released to you through PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer, to the details you save in your account.
How it works, step by step
-
1
Create your profile
Sign up, confirm your email with a four digit code, then add your country, recording languages, niches and rates.
-
2
Add samples
Paste links to videos you made or upload a video or photo. Profiles with at least one sample are checked and listed in the catalog.
-
3
Get invitations and briefs
Brands invite you directly or publish open briefs you can pitch for. Every brief states the product, the format and the delivery date.
-
4
Film while the money is held
The brand authorizes payment, which sits in escrow. You film and upload the video in the format the brief asks for.
-
5
Get paid after approval
Once the brand approves the video, the payment is released to you. You keep ownership of the video; the brand gets a licence to use it.
What you need to start
- A smartphone, soft daylight and a quiet spot
- Two or three samples, as links or files up to 12 MB
- An email address you can open now for the four digit code
- A PayPal or Wise account, or bank details, for payouts
