UGC creator jobs in Malaysia
Malaysia is a multilingual market where creators who speak English, Malay, Mandarin or Tamil are in demand. Create a free profile, list your languages and set your own rates in US dollars.
- Free for creators, no listing fee
- You set your own rates
- Brand payment is held in escrow before you film
Many languages, one shopping culture
A single campaign here can need a Malay voice, a Chinese language voice and an English voice, each speaking to a different community. Brands that understand this hire creators who record naturally in their own language.
Add every language you can record in, and include a sample for each so a brand can judge your delivery.
What brands order from Malaysian creators
Online shopping and food are strong themes, with a lot of attention on festive seasons.
- Modest fashion and hijab styling clips for clothing labels
- Halal food, bubble tea and snack reviews
- Skincare and beauty product routines suited to a humid climate
- Festive gifting and home decor around Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali
- E-wallet, delivery and travel app demos with a screen recording
Serving the region and getting paid
Brands in Singapore, Indonesia and beyond sometimes look for a Malaysian creator who can bridge several audiences. Your country and languages help them choose you.
You price in US dollars: a video up to 30 seconds, up to 60 seconds, a set of five photos and raw footage. The brand pays into escrow before you film, and after approval the payout is released through PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer. You are responsible for reporting your income under the rules that apply to you.
A simple way to begin
You do not need a large following. Film one clear clip in good light, speak the way you normally do and show the product honestly. Add more samples as you make them.
The basics, the same for every creator
Free to join
Your profile, your samples and your place in the catalog cost nothing. The marketplace fee is paid by the brand on top of your rate.
Your rates, in US dollars
You price a short video, a longer video, a photo set and raw footage yourself, and you can change the prices at any time. Brands see your rate before they invite you.
Paid after approval
The brand pays into escrow before you film. When the brand approves the video, the money is released to you through PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer, to the details you save in your account.
How it works, step by step
-
1
Create your profile

2
Add samples
Paste links to videos you made or upload a video or photo. Profiles with at least one sample are checked and listed in the catalog.

The brand authorizes payment, which sits in escrow. You film and upload the video in the format the brief asks for.
-
