Instagram Reels UGC creator jobs
Reels ads sit between friends posts and stories, so brands want clips that look polished enough to trust and personal enough to feel real. You film the video, the brand runs it, and you are paid for the work.
- Free for creators, no listing fee
- You set your own rates
- Brand payment is held in escrow before you film
The Reels style brands order
Compared with other short video feeds, Reels lean a little more visual and tidy. Common formats include these.
- Aesthetic product shots with a short caption overlay
- Lifestyle moments that show the product in a real room
- Step by step tutorials in three or four quick scenes
- Before and after comparisons with matching angles
- Photo sets, cut into carousel images for the same campaign
Framing, safe zones and captions
Reels are vertical, and buttons and captions cover the bottom and the right edge. Keep faces and the product in the middle and leave space at the top and bottom. Brands often add their own text, so ask if they want clean footage.
A short caption or on screen line helps people who watch without sound. Keep it plain and match the voice of the brief.
Photos as well as video
Instagram brands often order a set of photos next to the video. You can price a set of five photos separately, and many creators bundle a clip with stills in a single order for a complete campaign.
Rates and payments
You set USD rates for up to 30 seconds, up to 60 seconds, five photos and raw footage. The brand funds escrow before you film. Once approved, you are paid through PayPal, Wise or bank transfer and you report your own income.
The basics, the same for every creator
Free to join
Your profile, your samples and your place in the catalog cost nothing. The marketplace fee is paid by the brand on top of your rate.
Your rates, in US dollars
You price a short video, a longer video, a photo set and raw footage yourself, and you can change the prices at any time. Brands see your rate before they invite you.
Paid after approval
The brand pays into escrow before you film. When the brand approves the video, the money is released to you through PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer, to the details you save in your account.
How it works, step by step
-
1
Create your profile
Sign up, confirm your email with a four digit code, then add your country, recording languages, niches and rates.
-
2
Add samples
Paste links to videos you made or upload a video or photo. Profiles with at least one sample are checked and listed in the catalog.
-
3
Get invitations and briefs
Brands invite you directly or publish open briefs you can pitch for. Every brief states the product, the format and the delivery date.
-
4
Film while the money is held
The brand authorizes payment, which sits in escrow. You film and upload the video in the format the brief asks for.
-
5
Get paid after approval
Once the brand approves the video, the payment is released to you. You keep ownership of the video; the brand gets a licence to use it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an Instagram following?
No. The brand uses the video in its own ads, so audience size is not what you are hired for.
What length works for Reels ads?
Clips up to 30 seconds are common, and some briefs ask for up to 60 seconds.
Do I need to edit the video?
Simple trims and captions help. Some orders ask for raw footage so the brand edits it.
Can I post the video on my own page?
Check the order. Some brands want exclusivity of timing, others are fine with it.
Who owns the video?
You do. The brand receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence for the approved video.
Do I have to be 18?
Yes. Creators must be at least 18.
