How it works, step by step

Create your profile
Sign up, confirm your email with a four digit code, then tell us your country, the languages you record in, your niches, your platforms and your rates.

Add samples
Paste links to videos you made or upload a video or photo. Profiles with at least one sample are checked automatically and listed in the catalog, usually within moments.

Get invitations and briefs
Brands invite you directly or publish open briefs you can pitch for. Each brief states the product, the format and the delivery date.

Film while the money is held
The brand authorizes payment, which is held in escrow. You film and upload the video in the vertical format the brief asks for.

Get paid after approval
When the brand approves the video, the payment is released to you through PayPal or Wise, using the payout details you save in your account.
Your rates are yours to set
All rates are in US dollars so brands anywhere compare like with like. Set a price for a short video of up to 30 seconds, a video of up to 60 seconds, a set of five photos and a raw footage add on. You can change them at any time. The marketplace fee is paid by the brand on top of your rate.
Rights to your video
You own the video you make. When the brand approves it and the held payment is captured, the brand receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use that approved video on any channel, paid advertising included, with no extra fee. The licence covers only the approved video. If an order is cancelled before approval, no licence passes and the rights stay with you. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.
How and where you are paid
Payouts are sent in US dollars through PayPal or Wise, or by bank transfer, to the details you save in your account. You can apply from almost every country. We cannot currently pay creators who live in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria, because neither PayPal nor Wise works for those countries. The application form tells you this before you submit.

Does it cost anything to join as a creator?
No. Creating a profile, adding samples and appearing in the catalog are free. The marketplace fee is paid by the brand on top of your rate.
Do I need a large following?
No. Brands hire UGC creators for the quality of the videos, not for audience size. Add a few samples of your best work and your profile can go live right away.
Which countries and languages are supported?
You can apply from almost any country and record in any language. Brands can filter the catalog by recording language and country. The only exceptions are countries we cannot send payouts to, listed in the payout section above.
How much can I charge?
You decide. Set a rate in US dollars for each type of content. Brands see your rate on your profile before they invite you.
When do I get paid?
After the brand approves your video. The payment is already authorized and held in escrow when you start filming, and it is released to you once the video is approved. Payouts go to the PayPal, Wise or bank details saved in your account.
Who owns the video?
You do. The brand receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the approved video on any channel, paid ads included. The licence covers the approved deliverable only and passes only when the order is approved and the payment captured.
What kind of samples should I add?
Links to videos you made, or uploaded videos and photos up to 12 MB each. Short vertical videos that look native to TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts work best. You can add up to six samples.
Do I have to be 18?
Yes. Creators must be at least 18 years old and the samples must be their own work. You confirm this in the application.
